A house my husband and I recently purchased was great except for the pool. It was in really bad shape. Since it had been done in the 70’s, years of settlement and lack of proper care caused large side wall, back wall and step cracks. They had been filled with pool puddy but were very noticeable and still had slow leaks seeping through. We called Aqua Works Pool and the owner Lori came out to assess the damage and give an estimate. She was courteous and knowledgeable and returned an estimate for repairs in a timely fashion. We had a previous company mislead us on the scope of this job prior so working with Lori was refreshing. The work started on time and they were finished ahead of the date promised. My pool was completely renovated from the surface up and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for any pool project.

Pool is always good on chemicals, clean, and filters/skimmer are always cleaned out. Pat does a great job. Highly recommend.

They coordinated with Aaron’s Leak Detection and proceeded to repair my major leak. They gave me an estimate at the time of appointment which was exactly what they charged. Ron came out on time to empty the pool and analyze the situation. I needed to replace a pop up head floor fitting. The old one rotted out and broke off from the pipe connecting it to the system. It was old and not made anymore. We got the model number off the old piece and after a lot of internet research I was able to find a new part in Arizona and had it overnighted. Ron came out the next day, cut out the old fitting, re-plumbed the new one, filled the hole with waterproof cement and matched the marcite exactly. What a great job. The he went ahead and labeled my pool valves and cleaned and repaired the control valve. What a great and professional job. I will highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I ordered the pump on a Saturday and it was installed on a Monday. Jimmy was the installer and was very professional. He was unable to program the pump because I was having my pool refinished at the time.

AquaWorks resurfaced our pool. We had more expensive estimates and less expensive estimates, however AquaWorks gave us excellent customer service from our first contact with them to the last payment. The final product exceeded our expectations.

Always excellent service, very nice, friendly, fast. They explain how to take care of the equipment after they are gone.  They’ve helped us out multiple times with our older pool.
